Director
Phylis is a skilled leader with a successful track record in the engineering and construction industries. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Fix Kenya Engineering and Construction Limited, having worked in consulting and project management for over a decade. Phylis has a bachelor's degree in Chemical & Process Engineering from Moi University in Kenya and a master's degree in business administration from the University of South Wales in the United Kingdom, which have equipped her with the skills and expertise required to lead our team in delivering exceptional results for our clients. Her ability to think strategically, manage complex projects, and develop strong client relationships makes her an invaluable member of our team.
Robert Luyali
Director
Robert is a dynamic leader at Fix Kenya Engineering and Construction with over twelve (12) years of experience in the IT industry. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science from Moi University in Kenya. His experience ranges from IT Technical Support to Graphic Design Web Development & Management, Brand Management, and CCTV System Installations. Robert is well-equipped to lead Fix Kenya's technology strategy and ensure that it aligns with the company's business objectives. His expertise in IT technical support and web development enables him to direct the company's digital presence, ensuring that Fix Kenya Engineering and Construction remains a leading provider of engineering and construction services in Kenya.
Christian Gichari
Head of Engineering
Christian is our Engineering Head, in charge of the site and design teams. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, having graduated from Masinde Muliro University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Christian worked for Steel Structures Ltd for 6 years before joining Fix Kenya Engineering, where he honed his skills in steel structural design and implementation. His ability to manage both design and site aspects has proven invaluable to the business. Christian is a hands-on leader who collaborates closely with his team to ensure that all projects meet our high quality and craftsmanship standards.
